Chapter 203 I know many things
Chapter 203 I know many things
Anthony carefully observed the room, noting every detail of the gothic-style office they were in. The desk, the chairs, the books arranged on ornate shelves; everything seemed imbued with an air of mystery and solemnity. He settled comfortably on a sofa in a corner, while Alison adopted a serious expression as she sat in her chair.
"How did you get that flower? Where did you find it?" Alison asked, her piercing gaze fixed on Anthony. However, Anthony didn't seem disturbed by the intensity of her stare.
"That's not something you ask, Mrs. Alison. It's impolite," Anthony responded, lips slightly pursed, maintaining composure in the gravity of the situation.
"Well, I'm not playing," Alison warned, her tone growing darker with each uttered word. But Anthony didn't back down.
"Neither am I," Anthony replied, shrugging casually. "Do you know I could kill you right now?" Alison said, her fierce gaze locked on Anthony. However, Anthony responded calmly and confidently.
"My father wouldn't like that at all, believe me. Besides, you're too smart for that. I don't think you're that reckless," Anthony said with a smile. Alison pursed her lips in frustration at Anthony's response. She realized she couldn't intimidate him with empty threats.
"Don't threaten me, Mrs. If we start like this, I don't think we'll reach an agreement," Anthony said with a smile as he rose from his seat and walked towards Alison's desk.
"Tell me what you have to offer, I'm all ears," said Alison, adopting a more relaxed posture as she settled into her chair, ready to hear what Anthony had to say.
She clenched her fists tightly, feeling anger and frustration burning within her. "If you give me the flower, I'll let you marry..." Alison began, but Anthony interrupted her by raising a hand to stop her.
"Charlotte will be mine regardless, whether you like it or not. That's not up for discussion," Anthony declared firmly, making it clear he wouldn't entertain any attempts at negotiation on that point.
Alison's beautiful features twisted into a grimace of disbelief and resentment. Never before in her life had she felt so humiliated and challenged. Anthony's dominant presence made her feel vulnerable and powerless; she desperately wanted that flower.
However, Anthony didn't seem affected by the tension of the situation. With a smile, he pulled out the flower and placed it on the table. Alison's eyes lingered wistfully on the flower, recognizing its value.
"Tell me what you're willing to offer for this beautiful flower," Anthony said, his voice resonating with anticipation. The flower resting on the table was the Seven Stars flower, the one he found in the cave in zone 4. He didn't need it for anything, but Alison did.
Alison hesitated for a few minutes, feeling the weight of the decision on her shoulders. "What do you want?" she finally asked, but no matter how much she thought about it, she couldn't think of anything that would interest the young dragon.
"Hmmm, and you?" Anthony asked with a smile, his casual tone contrasting with the intensity of the moment. Alison's eyes widened in surprise at the unexpected question.
"What do you mean?" Alison asked, her expression turning somber. She stood up from her seat and placed her hands on the desk, facing him directly.
"You heard me right. I want you to be my slave," Anthony declared with a determination that made Alison's heart skip a beat. She jumped to her feet, her face flushed with anger.
"Insolent!" Alison shouted angrily, her purple mana surrounding the entire room like an unleashed storm. "Who do you think you are?" she added, her eyes gleaming with dangerous intensity.
"Do you want the flower or not?" Anthony asked as he began to put it back into his ring. Faced with the prospect of losing the valuable flower, Alison felt a knot in her stomach.
"Wait!" Alison shouted desperately, her voice filled with anguish. "Why are you doing this to me?" she asked angrily, but Anthony looked at her with indifference, as if Alison's emotions had no impact on him.
"Tell me, how did your ex-husband treat you?" Anthony asked as he began to walk towards her, his imposing presence filling the room. Alison's angry expression did a ninety-degree turn, transforming into absolute fear. Her body trembled violently as Anthony approached.
Anthony's hands began to slowly caress her back, a gesture that paradoxically only increased Alison's fear. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I'll treat you well. I take care of my belongings," Anthony whispered in her ear, his voice soft but full of affection.
"Besides, I'll give you the flower you need so much. Everyone wins, don't you think, Alison?" Anthony continued, his tone persuasive. Alison lowered her head, her body still trembling under the grip of fear.
"With this flower, you'll be able to fully restore your sealed lineage. You'll be able to break the chains your wonderful husband placed on his heart; you know there's not much time left," Anthony continued, his voice resonating in the room. "Tell me, what do you think the empire will do if they find out that your husband was actually a leader of the Seven Deadly Sins sect?"
Alison felt a chill run down her spine upon hearing Anthony's words. She knew all too well how the empire treated traitors and didn't want to face its ruthless wrath.

"I don't think they'll give you a swift death," Anthony murmured, his voice trembling with the fear that engulfed him. Anthony's words echoed in her mind as a grim warning, reminding her of the cruel fate awaiting her if she refused to yield to his demands.
"No, they won't stop there," Anthony continued somberly. "They'll kill you slowly while torturing you, as well as killing your daughters and your entire household. You know very well how the empire treats traitors. There's no mercy, no compassion. Your family name will be erased from the empire's records as if it never existed."
Alison felt a chill run down her spine as she absorbed Anthony's words. The weight of his threat was overwhelming, and she realized she was trapped in a situation from which she couldn't escape.
Anthony sat calmly in the chair where Alison had been moments ago, as if he were in complete control of the situation. "H-How do you know... that?" Alison weakly asked, her voice barely a whisper.
Anthony smiled and took Alison's hand, pulling her gently into his lap, looking at her with shining eyes. "I know many things, my dear. I know that with your help, there are infiltrators from sects in the imperial academy. I know that the chains in your heart will kill you the moment you speak of any information.
I know that you communicate with some Ancient-ranked creatures from zone 7," Anthony continued, his voice whispering as he felt Alison's body tremble even more.
"I also know that you do it to protect your daughters," Anthony added, gently caressing Alison's cheeks.
