Chapter 199 Grimora City
Chapter 199 Grimora City
"The path to the witches' house traversed mountains, and the weather always seemed to be cloudy, creating a gloomy and mysterious atmosphere. After three days of travel, Anthony and Charlotte continued their journey, taking the opportunity to converse.
"Will Lysandra be okay?" Charlotte asked with concern, seeking assurance that there wouldn't be any problems with their friend.
Anthony looked at her for a moment before responding confidently, "Don't worry about her. She might be a little upset at first, but I'll handle her," he said with a reassuring smile. He knew Lysandra's personality well and understood that, although she might get a little annoyed, it wouldn't be anything serious. Plus, he had his own plans in mind to keep Lysandra in check if necessary.
She was his, and no one else's.
A warm smile spread across Anthony's lips, and his eyes sparkled as he looked at Charlotte. She nodded, though hesitated for a moment before continuing, "She already had suspicions, you know? When I talked to her alone, she asked me if you liked her." Charlotte paused for a moment before confessing, "I told her yes.
At first, she opened her eyes in surprise, but then she fell silent, murmuring the same words over and over. She was saying 'kill,' but then she just disappeared. It was really scary," her voice trembled slightly, revealing the unease she still felt at the memory.
"What day was it?" Anthony asked, raising an eyebrow. "The day before the event started," replied Charlotte.

"Finally, fresh air!" exclaimed Aria as she crouched down and knelt on the ground, letting tears of happiness flow freely. Lysandra's group had managed to escape the trap they had been locked in for two weeks.
Lysandra looked around, surveying the dark and ruined hallway they were in. Small specks of light from scattered candles dimly illuminated the place. The hallways were constructed with bricks and had a height of about 3 meters.
She recognized the place immediately. Two weeks ago, they were exploring the area when Daniel and Jeane touched a small statue resting on a small altar. In the blink of an eye, the hallway transformed into a cube, trapping the four of them inside it. Now, they had finally managed to free themselves from that trap and regain their freedom.
"It's good to have more space to move around freely," commented Daniel with a relieved smile as he stretched his limbs. Jeane nodded with a smile, enjoying the feeling of having more space to move.
Lysandra briefly observed them before intervening, "Let's get out of this place, but you two, don't touch anything," she warned with a serious tone. The two boys nodded in agreement, aware of the importance of following Lysandra's instructions to avoid falling into another trap.
They began to walk down the hallway, and after an hour, they reached a circular staircase. They climbed the stairs and finally emerged to the surface. As they looked around, they saw tall pine trees, a clear blue sky, and the ground covered in some parts by grass, while most of it was bare earth. It was a refreshing landscape after being trapped in the dark hallway for so long.
The fresh air filled their lungs as they found themselves within a dimensional space. They discovered that they were on an island, one of the many scattered in this dimensional world. According to the professor's instructions, there were a total of 20 islands, each with dimensions of 10 kilometers in length and width.
The instructions were clear: they had to face creatures of the same theme as those of the first year, but in this case, there were only Titan-ranked creatures, and they also had to deal with 40 Base-Fallen rank creatures scattered throughout the 20 islands.
Lysandra's group was not in such a good situation. They hadn't been able to kill any creatures because they had been trapped since the first day of the event. With a total of zero points, and the difference of 2 weeks was much.
Lysandra said with a smile, "I can feel some Titans 500 meters away, thanks to our friends, we've rested a lot, it's time to kill some Titans." The three nodded and disappeared from the place.

Anthony rode down the mountain when he spotted in the center of some large mountains an imposing and majestic city. In the midst of this great city stood a beautiful black castle, of gothic style. It was almost identical to the vampire castles he used to see on TV when he was a child. It had only taken them one more day to reach this city called "Grimora."
During the journey, they encountered several merchants and some teenagers. However, when the latter noticed Charlotte's purple hair and eyes, they recognized her immediately. They all hurried to move away, aware of the importance and prestige surrounding the youngest daughter of the house leader. They knew how jealously their lady guarded her daughter and were not willing to cause any trouble.
Anthony's presence so close to Charlotte surprised many, and some even showed pity. However, he continued indifferent, paying no attention to them as they descended the mountain. As they progressed, more and more people came and went on the road.
Anthony could distinguish some women with witch hats among the crowd. Several more minutes passed until they finally reached solid ground. Before them stood the imposing gates of the city. At that moment, a woman with hair and eyes the same color as Charlotte's emerged from the crowd. Anthony recognized her instantly.

"Elder sister!" exclaimed Charlotte excitedly, and without hesitation, the woman leaped off her horse and ran towards her sister, embracing her tightly.
Anthony observed Arabella closely as she approached her younger sister. Clad in a beautiful purple dress, Arabella exuded elegance and sophistication. Unlike Charlotte, Arabella had a very different physique. With pronounced curves, large breasts, and a charming rear end, Arabella had her mother's figure, in a few words. Arabella's gaze lingered on Anthony's red eyes for a few seconds.
