From what he knew, the basic ability of a Realm Core was to provide a significant boost in prowess by three or four levels, depending on the stage. This has always been a passive ability. More than a passive ability, he would like to call it a perk of connecting with the Realm Core successfully. It cannot be turned off unless one exits the realm, after all.

The second ability was to shield the realm from threats that descend from space above. This was the only active ability that a Realm Master could use for the realm. It activates when the Realm Master wishes to defend the realm and Will it.

The abilities after this all require the sacrifice of the lifespan of the Realm Core in various degrees.

With ability number three, the Realm Core Spirit was capable of bestowing a significant increase in cultivation to one lifeform by one minor stage each month.

With ability number four, the Realm Core Spirit allows the Realm Master to create restricted zones where no one can enter, leave, or teleport without permission.

Ability number five allows the Realm Core Spirit to grant control over the Realm Core's energy, using it to suppress the cultivation level of any invader. By invader, the Realm Core Spirit meant that the realm doesn't recognize the lifeform to be born in its realm or something that is capable of harming it.

It could be used against Calypsea or any Divergents. However, it was a pity that the Realm Masters were never able to use it because they couldn't communicate.

Davis was left with a faint heart when he heard it. He guessed he could be considered lucky since no one was capable of communicating with the Realm Core Spirit. It was too deep inside somewhere, perhaps not in this dimension. Even with Fallen Heaven, he could only verify something existed and not see or sense it.

Perhaps if he fiddled with that karmic thread more, he would be able to see through it, but why should he do that and endanger himself and the Realm Core Spirit?

He already bled just from trying to look.

On the other hand, only Calypsea could barely sense, see and communicate. This made him wonder who exactly that peculiar Seraphim could be. Considering spirits were able to use Fires of Life Language or Primordial Spirit Language back in the beginning of the universe which was an unknown number of years ago, he wondered how old that Seraphim was and if they were still alive.

If they were alive, he could only imagine how powerful they were.

'And to think the Celestial Transcendent waged war against the Seraphims and managed to win this Galaxy from them…'

Davis could only shudder. He couldn't see through the Celestial Transcendent's true strength. Presumably, he couldn't have done it alone. Perhaps there are others whom he had never heard of.

'They should be the ones who are actually in the forefront and protecting this galaxy from the other galaxies…' He thought, wondering if they would actually point their spears at him when he appears in the Upper Realms or the Greater Realms.

He nodded, knowing very well they would end him without hesitation.

Nonetheless, the abilities of the Realm Core Spirit weren't over yet.

Ability number six allowed the Realm Core Spirit to teleport anyone anywhere as long as it was within the realm. It concerned Spacetime Laws, so it was nearly instantaneous.

Ability number seven allowed the Realm Master to gain a powerful regenerative ability, allowing them to heal from many kinds of injuries, including reconstructing one's body and healing the soul. This was apparently exclusive to the Realm Master.

Ability number eight allows the Realm Master to sense and observe nearly everything happening in the realm. They could invade any space with their senses and probe without being found out for the most part. Even dangerous zones would rarely pose some trouble unless the danger was extremely high.

Ability number nine allows the Realm Master to activate the Realm Core and enrich a land of their choice or the entire realm. It could be used to grow many types of resources.

Last but not least, ability number ten— allows the Realm Master to manipulate the flow of time, creating training grounds where even Empyreans and Autarchs can train.

Davis's heart shook.

The Third Layer's space did not support temporal increase for Empyreans. The flow of time would take a hit and become normal once an Empyrean enters the temporal region. This is why Empyreans and Autarchs would rather ascend to the Upper Realms than stay in the Lower Realms if they fancy their chances and have ambition.

However, this problem was rectified by the Lower Realm's Realm Core.

It even allowed an Empyrean to train in a region where time was accelerated.

Davis couldn't hide his joy with each new ability that was revealed, but at the same time, he controlled his excitement since he knew each of these abilities would consume the Realm Core's lifespan.

The consumption was presumably to varying degrees.

For example, he imagined time acceleration for Empyreans would cost steeply while teleportation would cost way less. There should also be many unknown limitations. After all, the Realm Core Spirit only lets them know this information because it is known from inherited memories or hearsay. He didn't know how these spirits communicated in their respective spaces within their dimension.

Still, the Realm Core Spirit didn't know if any of it would work unless the Realm Master Wills it.

In any case, he also wouldn't know unless he had Tina try, but the Realm Spirit Core was apparently apprehensive.

"O' Young Spirit, I gave you all the information I know about the abilities that we can use, but don't use me as you please. It would be no different than burning me alive slowly, and if I abuse my powers and die sooner, it would bring about the Desolate Age."

"What!? Are you now saying you won't listen to me!?"

Calypsea was naturally angered.

She was about to threaten it after informing Davis and the others.

Davis had to calm her down and bring her back. Lea wasn't here, so he was doubtful if he could calm Calypsea.

Calypsea turned to look at him and glared with wide eyes. However, she eventually breathed out.

Davis had heard from Lereza that she almost flipped on her when she didn't allow Calypsea to consume the Verdant Vale Lower Realm's Realm Core. But ultimately, Calypsea didn't do anything to Lereza, so he didn't think it was necessary to discipline her.

Fortunately, Davis was able to calm her. He praised her for being so communicative and allowing them to learn all this information.

"Shishi~" Calypsea became a cute doll again.

She was aware Davis was the one who created her. She respected him. With him treating her to delicious candies nearly every time he saw Calypsea, he had more sway over her than he thought he did.
