Chapter 3311: Goodbyes
?
Rean came out of the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm, appearing inside the Hotel Room they had rented seven years ago. At the moment, obviously, it was occupied by someone else, which was quite convenient. Rean smiled and acted.
There was no need for Kentucky and Roan to be with him while exiting the city. That would only attract more attention instead. So, Rean moved around the city, reaching for the exit amid thousands of others. Looking around, Rean couldn't help but feel impressed. There were over twenty times more experts in his Divine Sense range than when he started cultivating.
Without a doubt, they were all here for th phenomenon or for things related to it somehow. All prices went up because of that, and the room Rean came out was already over thirty times the price it had back then.
Rean arrived at the exit pretty fast, just following the flow. At the exit, the guards obviously requested his ID... which was now the ID of the man Rean found in the hotel room. The guy was knocked out in the Dimensional Realm, and Rean would simply leave him in some corner later. Still, even now, the security was pretty high. Although no one expected the twins to still be in the city, the Inquisition Hall and the other powers still kept some of their personnel there to look for any possible clue.
Finally, Rean flew away until he was a few hundred kilometers away. Only then did the huge Black and White bird appear again, stretching his wings in delight. "I'm out! Fuck that shit. Staying inside the Dimensional Realm that long truly dampers one's mood! Let's go, Rean. Jump on!"
Rean smiled and landed on Kentucky's back. Only then did they fly into the distance. Naturally, Rean also activated his Light and Divine Sense Bending Skill, making the two of them disappear.
At the Sky Void Tempering Realm, Kentucky shot through the skies like a bullet, and he wasn't even trying his best. Instead, he kept a steady pace so he wouldn't tire. Nonetheless, his speed in the Initial Stage was already similar to a Space-Bending Realm middle-stage flying demon beast, let's not even talk about races that aren't adept at flying.
Halfway out of the region where the phenomenon happened, Kentucky flew down from the skies, landing on a hill in the middle of a Demon Beast territory. Not long after, two cultivators appeared, joining them on that hill.
"So you guys are finally leaving, uh?" It was Karev and his brother. They still haven't left this region since then. They also benefited from the phenomenon, and above all, because they had been in contact with the twins for longer, they gained even more when the phenomenon happened. Only Zangeshu and Rifindio gained more than these two since they were inside the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm back then. Right now, the two have already reached the Peak Stage of the Void Tempering Realm, the same as Rifindio.
Rean nodded at them. "That we are, so I guess this is the last time we are seeing each other, at least for a while. What do you intend to do from here?"
Marev shrugged. "Karev and I initially stayed in this region because we didn't have the resources or the strength to go to other places. Then, you two caused that phenomenon, and we gained quite a lot from it, so we continued here in case you made something like that again."
Karev continued from there. "But since you are now leaving, Marev and I will also go somewhere else. We did our homework. This region is actually pretty calm and safe most of the time. However, it isn't very good for cultivation. Resources here aren't that easy to come by, and high-level opponents are hard to find if you don't count all of those who came to wait for the phenomenon. That said, we set our eyes on the continent of Dlosifo."
Rean had read quite a lot of the nearby continents. Dlosifo was a continent mainly occupied by Demon Beasts, and most experts at the Void Tempering Realm and above would rather be there while cultivating as it had a lot of natural resources. It was indeed a good place to continue one's journey in cultivation.
"That's a good call. In any case, take these." Rean then threw three CDs to Karev and Marev each. Back while he was cultivating, sometimes they had to stop to stabilize their cultivations, so Rean and Zangeshu could work on their projects. Those CDs are the newest version. "They are a lot more resistant, and they should leave no trace behind while using the Divine Snow World network. Make good use of them, and above all, destroy them if you see you are ever being captured."
Marev and Karev received them with delight. "Thank you, Rean. We also have something for you guys we got while interacting with the cultivators of other regions who came for the phenomenon." Neither Karev nor Marev liked to be only on the receiving end all the time, so they knew how to reciprocate.
Karev threw a Spatial Ring to Rean, which contained quite a few special Divine Stones.
Looking inside, Rean had to admit he was quite impressed. There weren't many Divine Stones, but they were the elemental types. To be more specific, they were Light and Dark Element Divine stones. "This... they are indeed pretty good for our cultivation. Do you know where they came from?" Elemental Divine Stones weren't exactly treasures, but they were not easy to get either. Dark and Light Element ones should be even harder to acquire.
There was an advantage, though. There aren't many races that use Light and Dark Elemental Divine Stones, so even though they were harder to find, they actually aren't as expensive as the other five mainstream Elemental Divine Stones.
"Sorry, we don't," Karev shook his head. "I traded a few ores with some guy who came for the phenomenon, but when I asked him, he said he also got those Divine Stones from other trades he did in the past."
Rean put the Spatial Ring away, smiling at them. "It's fine. I can look into it further later. Thank you. If you need something, you have my number. Farewell."
Karev and Marev nodded. "Farewell, friends."
