Chapter 2881 Fast Passage

After the last dragon's question, all the elders and the supreme leader of the area turned their attention back to Minos, with their conversation about whom to send with him concluded.

Minos took a deep breath and said, "I don't know how much the race will be able to help me at this point in my journey. But I have some problems that may haunt my family. I would be grateful if you could take some of my family and keep them safe." The dragons became more solemn at Minos' words. Considering the high level he had reached, it was only natural that he would have immense problems in his path, capable of threatening his family to the point where it would be necessary to hide them away from those who knew him.

"Senior, the race will do its best to help you. What exactly should we do? Can we help in the fight against these enemies?" The supreme leader of the area asked.

Minos shook his head. "No. My enemy is in Hell and isn't much weaker than some of your ancestors..." He paused, watching as the dragons' gazes changed. "What I want is a refuge, a place where at least part of my family can cultivate in secret during my absence."

"Your absence? Where will the senior go?" A level 122 elder asked with doubt visible in his eyes, betraying his concern.

Minos replied, "I'm going to prepare to go to the Upper Realm."

This was what they all wanted. As such, they were willing to do everything in their power to help him complete that wish as quickly as possible!

"Count on us to help, Senior. We'll do our best to hide the location of your family members and keep them well until you return," said the area leader, looking at Minos seriously, while his companions nodded in unison.

Not even one of them disagreed about what needed to be done now!

"Well, in that case, we can go ahead with our plans." Minos looked at his women, satisfied with the Divine Dragons' loyalty.

"What are the next steps, Senior?"

"First, I'll fulfill what I promised, and then I'll set off with the dragon you choose to accompany me. After that, I'll make a quick stop at the Seraphim Dimension and then I'll look for my family members to leave them between here and there."

Minos didn't want to leave all his relatives in one place. He wanted to place them between the Seraphim Dimension and the dragon galaxy to delay enemies, in case his plans didn't work out as he had hoped. But not only that, he didn't want to harm his relatives in places that were bad for them for an indefinite period of time.

This planet he was on now was very good for some of his relatives, but not so interesting for others. The Seraphim Dimension was the opposite, being better for those who wouldn't do so well on this planet.

But besides that, Minos didn't want to completely trust either the Divine Dragons - who weren't strong enough to protect the whole family-or the Seraphim, who were famous for their connection to the Upper Realm and for being tyrants of the universe. According to what the Divine Dragons themselves had told him, the seraphim were the absolute rulers of the universe, the eyes, hands, and arms of the most powerful entities in the Upper Realm.

It would be interesting for him to leave some of his companions in the Seraphim Dimension because of how well they could protect their relatives, but putting everyone there seemed risky. Just as he didn't fully trust Hell, he didn't fully believe in the Upper Realm, either. Hence his current plans!

The Divine Dragons didn't like the idea of dealing directly or even indirectly with the seraphim, but if Minos wanted to do it, they wouldn't stand in his way. Having understood what he wanted, the group led the way, with the leader of the area soon explaining that he would accompany Minos on his journey.

The leader of the dragons pointed them in the direction of the area where, after a few minutes' flight, they would arrive at the area where the remains of the most legendary dragon that ever lived were.

In that place where he had got his chance to rapidly advance his powers and greatly strengthen his physical structure, Minos gestured with respect to the ancient creature in the shape of an immense skeleton.

The high-level dragons watched him act, many feeling bad about it, but aware that it was for the greater good of the race. But even those not so happy couldn't help but look on with curiosity, wondering if Minos really had the strength to lift those bones and load them into a space storage item.

The skeleton of the ancient level 129 dragon was so heavy and dense that the surrounding space seemed to distort and there was a gravity of its own, capable of attracting objects that came too close to it.

Minos took action, taking on his dragon form, increasing his size several times while also using his innate ability. By reaching level 125 cultivation, in fact, Minos' strength surpassed all the standards known to those 12th stage dragons, reaching the level necessary to make the remains of the great ancient dragon float towards the most advanced space storage item in his possession.

The dragons in their humanoid forms watched with wide eyes and mouths, feeling chills run down their spines as they saw Minos' display of power.

They looked at him with deep desire and reverence, longing for the day when they could permanently reach the 13th stage.

As Minos was already able to enter this cultivation range temporarily, they imagined that achieving it permanently wouldn't take long. Naturally, they felt more excited about the future for Minos and themselves!

'Old fellow, take a rest in my space ring. When I enter the Upper Realm, I'll find a suitable place to put you! Minos thought silently, looking at one of his hands, ignoring the enormous crater left behind where he had removed the remains of that ancient

figure.

With that done, he turned to the group waiting nearby, already back in human form. "Are we leaving?" He asked, not planning to stay in this world any longer now that he had solved what he had to solve there.

Not even a day had passed since his arrival, but he had completed all his objectives locally.

The dragons wanted Minos to move on quickly, because that was the only thing that would help them. As such, after a minute, they returned, with the galaxy's leader ready to join Minos' crew and set off for the dark Seraphim Dimension!
