Chapter 121 Chaos Element Mana

Arin opened his room door and walked in before closing it behind him. He let out a deep sigh as he removed the bracelet and sat down on the bed.

The moment the bracelet touched the floor, a bright glow illuminated the room. In an instant, Roxanne was standing where the bracelet had landed.

As usual, she didn't waste a second before rushing toward the window. Her bright smile remained fixed as she watched the students walking about outside, her eyes filled with curiosity.

Arin observed her for a moment before shifting his thoughts elsewhere.

'I've gotten some answers from Riya,' he thought. 'Now, I should ask Roxanne the other questions I have in mind.'

But there was no need to rush. Those questions could wait.

'I should focus on my training for now.'

For a while now, a particular thought had been bothering him.

'Whenever I enter the Mana Space, I only sense my Water Element Mana,' Arin mused. 'For some reason, the Chaos Element Mana isn't present.'

The novel had mentioned little about how Alex created his Spells within the Mana Space, and apart from him, no one else possessed more than one Element. That meant Arin had no reference point, no guidance to rely on.

'In that case…' A small smile formed on his face. 'I'll figure it out myself.'

Without hesitation, he sat on the floor in a lotus position, closing his eyes. Within seconds, his consciousness had already entered the Mana Space.

The sight before him never failed to amaze him. The ocean-like surface, the gentle ripples, the floating mist—his Mana Space had a unique beauty of its own.

But this wasn't the time for admiration. He had a goal.

Taking a deep breath, Arin closed his eyes again, deepening his concentration. There was no noise in this space, no distractions—just pure focus.

This time, his attention wasn't on the Mana in the air but the Mana inside his body.

He could feel the energy moving through him, flowing like a steady stream. The moment he increased its pace, the blue mist within the Mana Space reacted instantly, its movement accelerating in response.

This only confirmed his previous thoughts. The Mana in his body and the blue mist—his external Mana—were closely linked. But that only made him even more curious.

'If my Water Element Mana is so responsive, why isn't my Chaos Element Mana present in this space?'

He needed to find out.

With his concentration deepening further, Arin carefully examined the flow of his Water Element Mana. He could feel it clearly, moving naturally within him. But no matter how hard he tried, the Chaos Element Mana remained absent.

Undeterred, he pushed his senses to their limits.

Seconds passed, then minutes.

And finally, he sensed it.

It was faint, almost imperceptible, but the energy was there—hidden inside his Water Element Mana.

'So that's where you were…' Arin thought, his eyes remaining shut.

This explained everything.

The Chaos Element Mana wasn't visible in the Mana Space because it was concealed within his Water Element Mana. Every time Arin entered the Space, he unknowingly accessed it through his Water Element Mana alone, causing the Chaos Element Mana to remain dormant.

Now that he understood the reason, it was time to take the next step.

Arin took control of his Chaos Element Mana, attempting to separate it from the Water Element Mana. He started by loosening his hold on the Water Element Mana, dispersing it slightly within his body.

The moment the Water Element Mana scattered, he seized control of the Chaos Element Mana and slowly brought it out.

As it emerged, its form expanded, growing larger with each passing second. It continued to spread, gradually enveloping the Water Element Mana.

Then, something happened.

A powerful gust of wind erupted through the Mana Space.

Arin's eyes snapped open, and he immediately looked upward.

The once steady clouds were vanishing at an alarming rate. The blue mist in the air was moving wildly, its pace increasing immensely as ripples formed across the ocean-like surface.

"I guess that means it was successful…" Arin muttered, raising a brow.

But the changes weren't stopping.

As the pure white clouds disappeared, the brightness of the space rapidly diminished. The sky darkened, shifting from a peaceful blue to a deep, ominous purple. The ocean-like surface followed suit, morphing into solid, hardened ground.

Within minutes, the transformation was complete.

The Mana Space no longer felt like a serene sanctuary where one could relax forever. Instead, it now carried an eerie, unsettling presence—one that could send chills down anyone's spine.

The sky had turned completely purple, crackling with occasional streaks of violet lightning. The ground was now a hardened, solid terrain, devoid of any signs of water. An oppressive atmosphere settled over the space, thick and heavy.

Arin took a slow breath, his expression unreadable.

"Of course it's the Chaos Element," he murmured. "What was I expecting?"

Even though he had anticipated a change, he was still surprised by the extent of the transformation.

However, what caught his attention the most was the air itself.

Purple mist floated around him, moving with a strange, almost sentient flow.

Arin smiled.

"Chaos Element Mana…"

This confirmed it.

He had successfully entered his Chaos Element Mana Space.

And that also meant one thing.

"This means I can now create Chaos Element Spells," Arin muttered. "Though, I don't know a single Magic Circle for a Chaos Element Spell."

That didn't mean he wouldn't try.

Even without a structured Spell, he could still experiment. Doing something was always better than doing nothing.

"The Chaos Element is the major weakness of the Three Supreme Races," Arin said, his voice calm. "But the Arcane Chaos Spell doesn't work on Vampires."

That fact had been bothering him.

However, something had happened before—something that proved the Chaos Element still had an effect.

Arin suddenly smirked.

"But with what happened to Liora when a bit of my Chaos Mana entered her, it's clear that the Chaos Element really is a weakness to them."

That incident had given him an idea.

He shifted his fingers slightly, commanding the Chaos Mana to change shape. In response, the mist twisted and reformed, condensing into a single, solid shape.

A sword.

Arin looked at the weapon in his hand, a wide grin spreading across his face.

"So, I'll just make something that can inject my Chaos Element into them…"

He tightened his grip on the sword's hilt, his eyes gleaming with confidence.
