''Of course, you fatty. Did you think I'd ask you to leave your wife behind and come with me?''

Fu Li's expression turned into one of relief, followed by a look of joy as he turned his gaze towards the distant 'Floating Cloud sect'.

After all, he had already understood the dangers they were about to face in the central continent, so if Shun Long had said that it would be too dangerous to take Lan Jinjing with them, Fu Li would really be put on the spot.

Fu Li had an awkward expression on his face as he looked at the two young women's exchange, wondering if he had seemed just as anxious when he bear-hugged Shun Long earlier, before he turned to him and said embarrassedly ''Ah, brother... the thing is, Jinjing has been worried for senior sister Liu ever since you left for the 'Night star continent'. After all, the rumors about that place are enough to scare even the strongest cultivators of our Desolate East, let alone Jinjing and I.''

Nodding his head, Shun Long smiled at Fu Li's embarrassment, while the auburn-haired woman looked at him and continued

''Junior brother Shun... ah! Or should I call you senior brother Shun now? It's good to see you too!''

Lan Jinjing had a playful look in her eyes as she addressed Shun Long, causing Liu Mei to shake her head next to her.

Moments later, the group of four young men and women disappeared from the small forest next to the 'Floating Cloud sect', leaving their first sect and the Desolat East behind.

As the thick trees and the vibrant greenery of the forest around them disappeared, a world of ice and snow welcomed them next followed by the cries of distant soldiers, as well as the roars of powerful magic beasts.
