“Split into two flank teams, moving stealthily forward. The target is to identify who’s stirring up trouble from behind,” Dan Hanjie, with a fierce look in his eyes, ordered swiftly.

The team pushed forward rapidly, soon entering deep into the suburban area.
Forests lay on both sides, a wide road behind, and in front was a row of huts leaning against the mountain pass.

In a low-lying area not far off, was the first sentinel post Yao had identified earlier.
All held their breath and slowed their pace.
Dan Hanjie raised his hand, making a halt gesture, and glanced sideward at Yao.
Yao instantly nodded, signaled two people, and they all moved forward crawling on the ground.
They stealthily reached the enemy’s post, one leapt, pounced, locked throats…
The moves were swift and clean, quickly eliminating the man from the sentinel post.
After surveying the nearby area, they returned to their starting point and gestured to continue moving forward.
The team rapidly advanced towards the target location.
Soon, they arrived in front of the row of huts.
Dan Hanjie spread the map, pointing at the location marked by Rui Hui. This row of huts were merely warehouses, behind them hid a secret room, where Bai Wei was believed to be.
Dan Hanjie’s eyes flashed; his two hands swiftly gestured, assigning a new task in combat sign language: storm in and rescue.
“Bang, bang, bang——”
Just as they took their first step, a spotlight suddenly turned on overhead, illuminating the area.
All were exposed within the range of gunfire, and the sound of shots simultaneously filled the air.
“We’ve walked into an ambush, be careful!”
Dan Hanjie swiftly dived sideways, “Find cover, provide supporting fire!”
“Yes.”
All quickly dodged and took cover.
The people that Dan Hanjie brought were trained professionals; only two initially hit were killed, the others reacted swiftly, finding cover and engaging in combat.
The gunfire sounded particularly clear in the quiet night.
Both sides consisted of well-trained personnel, the encounter was particularly fierce.
After an hour of stalemate, neither side had gained any leverage.
“Mr. Jie, I’m afraid we’re surrounded, Rui Hui was able to locate Miss Bai simply because the enemy deliberately leaked the information, luring us into a trap!” Yao gritted his teeth in anger.

Dan Hanjie scanned the area, his gaze finally resting on the spotlight above, shielded by bulletproof glass, and a gunman on the rooftop.
He silently signaled with his hand. Yao, in response, respectfully nodded and moved stealthily towards a nearby position.
Once he reached the assigned position, he turned around, waiting for Dan Hanjie’s next instruction.
Dan Hanjie lifted his gun, taking aim swiftly. The gunshot wouldn’t break the bulb, so he slowly moved his aim downwards, finally fixing it on the power line close to the light aperture.
He pulled the trigger.
“Bang——”
After a muffled sound, the entire area was plunged back into darkness.
In that flash of lightning, Yao leapt forward, raising his hand and shooting the gunman in the center.
Their smooth and well-coordinated teamwork immediately turned the tables.
The enemy was retreating steadily, and Dan Hanjie and his men soon broke into the under-defended backyard.
“It’s empty inside, we caught them off guard today!” Yao shouted excitedly.
