My rating is 5.5/10... The work is very average, MC doesn't have a great intellect, his power base is how many descendants he has, so expect a harem and many children.
Pretty funny for the first 50/60 chapters then it gets too repetitive and the mc gets progressively dumber and starts to court death more and more.
I've finished the whole mtl of this, the concept is that the more descendants he has the stronger he is, so MC collects girls, he's also obsessed with having kids, in summary he collects girls the stronger/talented they are the better, he does this until hes the strongest ig.
why the f#ck mc look like 18yrs old? Its simple.Author doesn't have the ability of the brain to create a middle age or old looking mc which would have been more appropriate setting here coz it was explained that since only last 20yrs i.e. when mc was 80y.o. his concubine taking has gathered momentum. But if the author did that many of the females would be unwilling to throw themselves at him or marry him. The author would then have to come up with some deep setting etc to make the marriage happy or it would just have an unhappy abusive marriage where the mc just forces the females to have his children after marriage.So to not create hypertension for himself, the author just create a young looking hunk which causes all females to go weak in their legs & bear him children after marriage and that's the end of their one line appearance.And the mc looking young is like main pivot of conversation in many chapters.This is only for some high school boys who got nothing better to do coz they can't afford to play new pc games (due to hardware) and want to waste time in their fantasies.

I think it's because translation was done sentences wise (a technique) and chapters are also unedited. Not anything revolutionary but this novel at least kills your time. The mc and characters are also decent. Sorry if my english is bas...The story could be good...I'll never know since I had to give up. You know, there's a reason paragraphs exist. The first chapters are large blocks of text without any organization, which makes reading exhausting for the eyes. In the end I had to give up my reading because of my burning eyes. It's really cool to translate novels, but if it's to do shoddy work then move on and find another job, it's frustrating to have to abandon a story because of poor text organization by a beginner.

Weird MTL edit. The English mostly sounds fine, but the names of things are horribly inconsistent. There's this one rock that has been called at least 4 different names by now. People's names are also written in different ways even from sentence to sentence, like Ning XuanWu, Ning Xaun Wu, and Ning Xaunwu.Overall, it's pretty shitty and annoying as hell to read. The story's also super generic, so I recommend reading one of the others with the exact same setup. I think all the others have a less shitty translation.Edit: I just can't stop reading this beautiful train wreck. This one gang, over the course of 8 chapters, has been called 7 different names. Each name stays the same for an entire chapter, then it gets a new one the next chapter. I think the only reason it didn't go 8 for 8 is that the gang's name wasn't mentioned in one of the chapters. Does anyone know what's going on here? Are they just running the MTL through ChatGPT to get results like that, which is why each chapter is internally consistent, but the chapters all have different names/terms? A great novel, good and very enjoyable, a must read. Summary :- So let's start this Review with little talk about the world. World :- 20 Years ago people start getting Uniqe skills and getting throw in another world with a system. System currency in Karma, it doesn't matter if it's bad karma or good one. Karma in based of what changes or events you go through in another world and what was your role was in those changes. By collecting 1 Million Karma you can come back in world. At the same time you can use Karma to power up yourself. System give you 4 perks, 1 allowing you to upgrade unique skill, allow you to upgrade your stats(hp region, normal attack, defense etc), like a game repeating same thing will give you skills( all people who goes become genius cause of it) and last, stop your age as long as you stay in the world. Max time to stay in a world is 20 years, if you didn't have enough Karma by then to return you will lose your Uniqe skill, all buff from system and will age 20 years in one day as age stop will be removed and become stuck in world forever. Once you return to earth you will also lose system but still have all buff. Time difference in earth and other world is 1:10, 1 year in earth, 10 years in another world. MC :- MC is 20 years old guy who lost his parents 2 years ago and become shut-in. He got Uniqe skill avatar that allow him to create a copy of him. When he was about to send to another world he know he will die, as even with all system buff only 20% people return back to earth. He tried use his Avatar skill trying to trick system into believing his Avatar is real him so he can be safe. So far I would say it's a 7/10.Interesting opening and plot so far @Ch61. Main character and current operative seem interesting and it's nice to have a split POV to see how they're both living outside of their interactions with one another. The power system is unique, but not super clearly explained (or not easy necessarily to understand) and it's very different to the regular cultivation novels I might read. Lots of potential and a good translation. I'm probably going to start on the MTL now and see how that feels to read!

I'm on chapter 73 and everything indicates that this is a hidden gem. The book has more than 1000 chapters and from the author's way of writing it is clear that readers will discover the answers as they read. There will not be an internal dialogue paragraph in which the MC thinks about the specific power system or some solutions, generally the explanations will occur during conversations with other characters.Yes, all the characters so far are important, interesting and with personality, I can only say that I struck gold when I was looking for copper. Maybe I'll come back later for another review.Chapter 234 > I can say that this story is still very good, but the MC leaves me with conflicting feelings. As the MC himself says, he is indifferent to many things, he doesn't have a very big ambition, he really is similar to a spectator (Observer of the Apocalypse? haha) and that is a little frustrating. He almost always accepts things as they are, although I don't question it as much, there are times when it makes me angry, almost frustrated. In the chapter he is now linked to a contract that has a loophole that will turn him into a slave in 3 months, but he is very indifferent to this, he himself says that it makes no sense to suffer for something that will only happen in 101 days, but it should live the present. Anyway, his indifference irritates me, but the way it's happening I think he will have personality growth in the future. P.S: The best moments are the MC's interactions with the secondary characters, especially Sword Girl. Another example: The MC made it very clear that his biggest motivation for escaping from prison was Sword Girl, he wanted to fulfill his goals a little (I don't see him as simp)

As much as people are saying good things about this novel. I'm 14 chapters in and we'll over 50% of those chapters are about a supposed game character that the mc is suppose to use to become stronger as the game character becomes stronger. Which isn't really happening. He's suppose to get 30% of the game characters strength, instead he gets a spirit of the character that talks to him, and so far there is no explanation on the system of power in this book even tho the system of power has been mentioned multiple times. In other words I'm completely confused on what's happening in this book and am only 14 chapter in.

The author does not immediately explain the power system or the circumstances. The idea is for the reader to read calmly to understand, because the MC has lost all his memories and is now someone else, so the reader ends up learning along with the MC.I'm on chapter 73 (MTL) and I'm already understanding a little about the power system, creation of spirits and other things. The book has more than 1300 chapters and apparently many mysteries. Enjoy.P.S: Regarding the character's spirit talking to him, SpoilerI can only assume that it is a spirit from an alternative reality, or perhaps this world has already suffered a regression and the MC losing his memories is a result of that. He's not really a useless trash protagonist you'll sometimes see in a lot of light novels. He's just starting from level 1 while everyone else is level 50 or something. To make up for it, the MC levels incredibly fast and has a much better foundation than all the other reincarnators once he catches up. He even has a much higher kill count than most reincarnators despite being a crafter.One caveat you have to deal with is that the author loves to make the MC suffer and constantly throws into dangerous situations.

the whole point of the countries summoning the humans and the other outsiders was because from the second they came over they would have 'awakened' or third tier skills which are like a step up from normal skills that are incredibly difficult to get. them being created at this level means that they are inherently at the level of the children of gods. the mc was summoned with completely normal crafting and echanting skills which although somewhat uncommon is completely worthless to the higher powers, they all have their various level nine enchanters or even awakened ones.. not only that but he isnt 'marginalized' he just doesnt get any offers from the kingdoms. no one laughs at him and even in the newest chapters he is hanging out with his earth friends
more like he's cursed with trash magic affinities, which ment in the begining that his enchanting is basically disabled. leveling in this book is a bit diffrent, by which I mean until you fulfilled certian conditions you can only level by doing your job, so combat classes can be power leveled but crafting classes cannot( you can't power level by comleting a craft above your level but you can do so with killing).

Bit of a battle junkie.After a certain mini arc thing that happens in the story he finds his way to FT guild, and because of the events that occurred in said mini arc, he isn't very outgoing, minding his own, and so he only has a small circle he interacts with. One of which is Gildarts who he banters/messes with a bit. The little sister he gains later in the story is Gildarts daughter, though she isn't a weakness nor a parasite, he just has a soft spot for her because shes adorable.

It's not a bad idea, but it would be good to watch bleach first, as there are not many explanations about techniques he uses. He is weird. SpoilerIn later chapters he gets a "sister", who isn't really his sister and she becomes his weak spot. It's really annoying to have a parasite like that. The story is too shallow. Maybe in the next chapters it will become better, but I don't expect it to really help the novel itself.

It's not that he's a psychopath. His personality changed over time, hundreds and thousands of years in which he played different roles. It is difficult to maintain a normal attitude towards people when the same person can at different times be a teacher, a friend, a traitor, or simply die due to a seemingly insignificant change in the situation. The hero notes these changes and accepts them.
Around chapter 1150 the mc continuously plots revenge on guys that slightly harmed him in the past. It completely contradicts his previously established character traits.The further you go the stupider he gets. At one point he finds a guy who he knows us from another world and attacks him for no reason, obviously this fails and his soul is poisoned, but he still acts all arrogant and attacks him again. I can’t stand his personality, he thinks he above everyone else just because he got lucky. Most of his feats are due to plot armour. He gets more and more arrogant, vengeful, and lucky as time passes. I really hope he gets put in his place.

Read up to latest release (chapter 65). very nice novel i must say. the pacing is very nice, it's like a slice of life without the boredom and cliche chapters. the mc starts out dumb but goes from an idiot to smart in a very nice and believable manner. 10/10 for this masterpiece. just sad it doesn't have enough chapters yet. :(The action scenes are also awesome and fun to read.

It is a good novel. MC is kinda overpowered, the story is okey plotwise (I have very high standars, so it can also be translated as good, this is only within the genre), there is harem but the mc is really trying to win over the females insted of just lusting, he is searching for love... kinda (he already has f#cked more than 10.000 women in his 1000 years so he doesn't just want to f#ck). The mc is ruthless, he doesn't give a shit usually, he is multitalented, very calm and a bit logical but you can also say he doesn't give a f#ck even for his life. Not that he wants to die, it just that he has experienced so much..... This novel is to read it and have fun with it, what I mean is, do not try to overthink situations, turn off your brain and speed read it. At the start, the pacing is very fast (one situation after another), but it slows down later on. I really reccomend to read it. I will put it into the list to read via MTL, hopefully it is not royally f#cked. All this till chapter 29.

I never said harems or sexism don't exist in the real world. I said that for harems to exist, sexism must also exist. This is not just true in the real world, but is also true in novels. In other words, those harem novels you love so much are sexist hyper masculine escapist fantasies. It's escapism because the reader fantasizes about living in a society like that, where they get to treat women like that, and where the women will be totally okay with it. It may happen in reality, but it almost never happens in areas of the world where women actually have the same rights as men.And no, "harem haters" aren't looking for a feminist utopia. Most tend to hate harems because they ruin novels. Those novels tend to focus on vapid, poorly written women with one-dimensional personalities and who only exist as an excuse for the reader to get a hardon. The psudo-relationship the MC has with these girls almost always leads to obnoxious and unrealistic drama that drags down the pacing of the story. There's nothing delusional about being a "harem hater." But there is something inherently delusional about being a harem lover. It requires that you either ignore and/or deny that the trope is sexist, or that you openly embrace that sexism. If your rant is anything to go by, you seem to openly embrace that sexism.
From your words, for harem to exist sexism must exist, in other words, if both gender is equal then monogamy(50-50) will be normal. If there's polygamy then either men or women is being discriminated against. But here's the thing, no one is equal. Either the guy or the girl is more competent. Let's say in cultivation world, someone's in higher realm, he would be worth more than a guy who's in the lower realms. A rich guy having multiple mistress should be common in similar way, although real world deems it immoral. It does exist.Polygamy is not a matter of sexism but competency. How many girl do you know would go for a low value man? Sexism is valid when both men and women are equal and there's nothing called competence, everyone has same value. But in reality, everyone is different. Strength in cultivation world is vital for the survival of a clan. But can you preach equal rights when survival is in question? Therefore, sexism is supposed normal in a cultivation world than a technological world. Are the harem authors deliberately making the girls weak? No, if the authors writes a girl with masculine trait, she will stop being feminine. If girls stop being feminine, masculine traits will also cease to exist. There won't be any hero saving beauty or overbearing CEO husband. Am I sexist. No I am a realist. In a world where emotions have less value than cold hard cash. There are male traits and there are female traits. Sexism(social perception) does not decide the value of a person rather their competency. How well someone can fight, make money, take risk, take care of their beauty wins in life.
Sexism is not about equality of ability, it's about equality of treatment. The modern world is built around a moral philosophy that all people, regardless of their gender, race, religion, etc, should be given the same basic rights. Some people are very resistant to this philosophy (racists, sexists, homophobes, religious zealots, etc), and might happily regress society back to a time where power and wealth dictate morality. A cultivation world is an extreme example of that kind of regressive amoral society. In such a world, power dictates everything. It's natural that harems will exist in such a world, just as it's natural that murdering people can happen almost without consequence as long as the murderer comes from a powerful-enough background. These types of worlds are dystopias for all but the most powerful people. In general, almost any setting where harems are a common practice are amoral distopias. (It's not just women who tend to suffer in those societies.) If your own sense of morality is built upon the belief that such social structures should be normal, I hope you can re-evaluate it. Because, if nothing else, what you're idolizing is a world where your likely fate is not to be the person with power, but rather to be a poor commoner, or serf, or slave, or a cannon fodder soldier, or heretic, or criminal. The fate of a normal person is to suffer in a society where power and "competence" dictates a person's rights.
Where do treatment towards someone come from? Do people behave without any motive? A girl who has a friendly personality is more sought out, a guy wearing expensive clothes is the same, familial relationship, emotional buddy and playmate. The way we treat and behave towards someone is because of their worth to us.Historically women stayed at home more, were safe from the dangers of hunting. A man might not come back from his hunt. The dangers a man took was far greater and subsequenttially the man was revered/valued more. This treatment isn't sexism.In the modern work-life, a man doesn't need several types of leaves and can overwork till late. A women can't/doesn't provide the same. Therefore, a man is more valued as a workforce in certain fields. This isn't sexism but truth.Likewise sexism, the way we treat others didn't come from malice but the historical environment. Currently women are being integrated in intellectual workforce. When women become competent enough, they would be valued just as men. Therefore, in real world or in a cultivation world, if women can provide more value, they'd be treated better.Modern law may have solved murder, robbery to some extent. But the truth of the society is still there. You can lobby for the decision of the court to be in your favor. Also, people die from various 'natural' reasons all the time. Business is just a scamming technique. This is modern world. The only good thing of modern world is, you are less likely to die. And the slim chance of me being rich and powerful, is true. But just because I'll be a cannon fodder doesn't mean I want die in ignorance and delusion. I'd rather know the unpleasant truth and face it head on. After all, not knowing unpleasant truths won't make it disappear.
If you seriously think modern society is anything like feudal society, you are delusional. You have access to the internet and libraries. You rely on regulations that dictate how streets are maintained, how cars are manufactured, how buildings are constructed, on how your job may treat you, on whether the supermarket can sell you unsafe food, etc. You are guaranteed some level of medical care, some level of sustenance, some level of police protection, regardless of your wealth and social standing. You can be safe and comfortable, with most of your basic needs met because of the post-Enlightenment philosophy that all people should have basic rights. If you truly believe that your life is anything like those of people living in ancient times, that is delusional. Sure, society is not perfect. And people can still suffer and die. But it is far from as bad as it has been throughout history. And the modern life you live goes hand-in-hand with the modern philosophy it was built around -- including the philosophy that women should have the same rights as men.You do not live in a society where you can have a harem, unless you happen to live in a part of the world where basic civil rights are not guaranteed for all people.
Discussion cannot happen against faith. And you either don't know the dark side of the world or pretending that it doesn't exist. Honestly if the world was such an utopia I would love to live there.
Do not let the comments discourage you, although this novel is not excellent, it is not bad either, it has its parts entertaining and the interaction of the characters does not feel forced
