Chapter 15: The Terrifying Power of the Gate of Hónghu?ng – Capable of Influencing Saints!

The Demon clan’s high officials were ecstatic, as Xià Ti?n’s identity as the Crown Prince of the Yao Heavenly Court strengthened their alliance with the Human clan. Xià Ti?n, however, remained composed. With a slight nod, he spoke calmly: “This is the supreme inheritance of the Yao Heavenly Court, the Dào of the Heavens. It allows direct comprehension up to the realm of Dào Sovereigns. I shall leave it here for any of the humans to study.”

With those words, he raised his hand, and a thunderous sound echoed. A chaotic-coloured monument appeared, adorned with endless Dào inscriptions, exuding an aura of profundity. It was as though the monument itself had manifested from the Dào.

“This is the supreme treasure of my Yao Heavenly Court, the Hé Tú Luò Sh? (The Yellow River Chart and Luo River Writing). I shall place it here to stabilise the human’s fate. If anything happens, they can be activated, and I shall immediately be made aware.” He gently placed the treasure on the altar behind him. Without waiting for a response from the human leaders, Xià Ti?n vanished.

In truth, Xià Ti?n entered the internal world of the Yellow River Chart and Luo River Writing. This supreme innate spiritual treasure contained boundless realms, infinite dimensions, and immeasurable space-time. Once inside, Xià Ti?n used the Gate of Hónghu?ng to return his soul to the Ji?zh?u World. His physical body was shielded by the gate’s mysterious powers.

The moment Xià Ti?n’s soul left the Hónghu?ng realm, all traces of his existence vanished from memory. The Yao Heavenly Court now had only nine Crown Princes instead of ten. Even Dì Jùn’s progeny of the J?nw? lineage was said to number nine, not ten. Saints, too, remained unaware of the anomaly. Xià Ti?n’s actions and their effects were seamlessly rewritten, leaving no trace of their origin.

Whenever Xià Ti?n’s soul returned, his existence would once again materialise, perfectly reconnecting with the past. His unprecedented concealment even from saints and the Heavenly Dao was a phenomenon that defied comprehension.

Xià Ti?n’s ignorance of the full extent of the Gate of Hónghu?ng’s powers spared him from boundless awe. He remained unaware that it could obscure him from saints, the Ti?ndào, and even Hóngj?n himself. The Gate of Hónghu?ng, a treasure surpassing even innate and chaotic spiritual treasures, possessed unimaginable capabilities. Its influence stretched beyond reason, capable of affecting beings of incomprehensible magnitude.

As Xià Ti?n’s soul re-entered the Ji?zh?u World, he felt disoriented by the stark contrast between realms. Though only half a month had passed in the Hónghu?ng realm, it felt like centuries had elapsed. After surveying his surroundings, Xià Ti?n shut his eyes to examine his transformed state.

[Ji?zh?u (??): The Nine Provinces, often referring to the mortal world in Chinese mythology, distinct from celestial realms.]

“Indeed, the cultivation gained in Hónghu?ng cannot be fully carried over,” Xià Ti?n sighed, disappointment briefly flickering in his eyes. Despite this limitation, he discovered his newfound abilities were still extraordinary.

Summoning a golden flame, he watched as it flickered in his palm, radiating an intense heat. Even this diluted fragment of his J?nw? Divine Flame retained the ability to annihilate near-immortal beings. The transformation extended beyond the flame: his physical form, now greatly enhanced, had ascended to near-mythical levels within Ji?zh?u’s martial cultivation system. His strength had surged from the Martial Dao’s innate realm to a level bordering the divine.
