He closed Castor's eyes and stood up. "What happens?" His tone was flat, he did not have expression, but everyone on the scene could feel his rage through the aura.

Ira was breathing heavily, her chest was heaved up and down. She still could not proceed with the situation, and her head was in a mess as it happened so quickly that none of them could react. Her thoughts were jumbled and did not know where to start.

Khaya was the one who explained after noticing Ira's condition. "One of the Imperial Investigators came over to arrest us along with the soldiers from the Hurakan Legion. Mein found one in Tang Shaoyang's team when he tried to arrest the team. He did not think about it as he knew that whatever happened, whether he was in the wrong or not, he would get away with whatever he did. He did his job, getting rid of the calamity in the frontier. As for why he tried to arrest Tang Shaoyang's team, he wanted to provoke Tang Shaoyang, provoking the Senior Administrator to attack him so he had a justification to fight back. Kenver was aware that Mein was using him, knowing he would not stand back when Tang Shaoyang attacked. He hated it, he cursed his own subordinate in his heart, but there was nothing he could do but to fight.

Tang Shaoyang summoned all his spirits, all of them but Zara. He used [Spirit Integration] with Zara. A new pair of black wings came out behind him, and his aura was mixed with the Death Aura from Zara. The terrifying aura got even more terrifying.
